After studying 1 year economics, failing exams and trying hard without good results, I realized that university studies were not for me. I enrolled in cooking school without much to hope for, although cooking had always been my hobby. The profession took power over me, I understood that effort, will, simplicity and coherence -values that cooking share with craftsmanship- are weapons to be used for our own improvement. I’m now pursuing myself as a cook and I enjoy very much the path I chose.
