Mónica Kisic (1982 Lima) is biologist by trade, and holds a doctorate in Molecular Biology. When she finished her phD in Madrid, Monica decided to dedicate herself 100% to cooking. After living in Berlin for 2 years where she baked and cooked for art and culture events, she completed a Master in Cooking, Technique and Produce in the prestigious Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastian, Spain. She is currently working at Blue Hill Farm at Stone Barns in New York, with a future interest in Research and Development for restaurants.
