Since I was a little boy, the kitchen was present in my life. My family is from all over the world (Lebanon, Spain, Portugal and Brazil), and that fact made me look also into international gastronomy. After this years as a cook and this international experience, I concluded that the new generation of Chefs, can not only serve food. There is hunger in the world, so this is our mission, try to bring our knowledge and show the respect by the nature, the importance of the family, the presence of the traditions, the right vision of the time, the forgotten trust in each other and the act of sharing what we have, so than opportunities will rise!
